Lockheed-Martin F-16B Netz  

Introduction   
Here is my Hasegawa Lockheed-Martin F-16B Netz in 1/48th scale. The aircraft represents a IAF F-16B and is finished in the markings of The Phoenix Squadron, Heyl Ha’ Avir. This aircraft was one of the 50 ex USAF AFRES (89th FS/906thFW) Aircraft delivered to the IAF.  The aircraft was delivered in the original USAF gray scheme and was later repainted in IAF colors during depot maintenance.

The F-16 was detailed with a Black Box F-16B cockpit set, selected photo-etched parts form Eduard and Part. Markings are from Aeromaster’s Israeli AF F-16A/B (48-498)  sheet. I painted my model using both Testor’s Model Master I and II colors.  After painting and decaling were complete the entire model was given a very light wash using raw umber oil paint
